My family has been a resident of Metro Detroit for 4 generations. My father was a Detroit Firemen, my mother a manager at Comerica Bank on Mack Ave.
I graduated from East Detroit HS in 1985. I attended Macomb Community College and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the American University of Paris in International Affairs.
My children and I have lived in Grosse Pointe Park since October 2008 on the 700 block of Berkshire Rd. My daughter Paulina and my son Franklin will attend Grosse Pointe High School in the fall.
Over the years, I have been a parent volunteer - Trombly elementary, Grosse Pointe South HS Store, GPPLL, Grosse Pointe Red Barons Coach for JV & Freshman Cheerleading.
"The Park needs results driven leadership. Our community would benefit from Christine's business acumen!"
Jimmy Saros, VP Saros Real Estate
I am an experienced leader with 20 years of success in Telecommunications; global network expansions, technology integration and cost savings initiatives throughout Europe, North & South America.
I have studied and lived abroad and grew my career working in New York City. But Grosse Pointe Park is our home.
I am goal oriented and a team player. I will listen to the priorities of our residents and businesses and I will focus on driving results.
We need to prioritize the agenda and manage our budget to ensure that residents are provided what WE NEED, first.
